We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the Request an Analysis form:

• Contact details (name, work email, organisation, role, time zone)
• Information about the analysis you are requesting
• Optional context (public sources, existing strategies, budget range, referral source)
• Consent preferences

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. We do not install tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts without explicit configuration.

How We Use It

• To review and respond to your enquiry
• To assess whether the Institute can usefully assist
• To agree scope, timing and terms if an engagement proceeds
• To send updates about the book or Institute work, only if you explicitly consent

How We Store It

Form submissions are stored securely. Access is limited to authorised Institute personnel. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the Institute. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration or destruction. No online transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the most recent revision will be noted at the bottom of this page.
